WILD REC Basketball is a lite league, meaning we meet for 4 wks and don't provide uniforms, just Wild Rec pinnies to wear during practice and gameplay.  Basketball will take place indoors at facilities throughout the area, based on interest. We also do not end the season with a big tournament, but will hopefully pair teams to play one additional outdoor game against each other following the final week! Meetups will start the week of February 24th through the week of March 17th. Meanwhile, sign up to coach and/or encourage your local community to join in on the fun!

These meetups will last between 1-1.5hrs hours each week and 10 kiddos are needed to run the program at your local facility. In the event your team does not fill, you will be offered an opportunity to join another local team or a refund in the case that does not work for you. Parents are encouraged to step up and help out our coaches and learn alongside their kiddos as they are able! ​

There are three age groups that play WILD REC, though meetups happen at the same place, so that your kiddos can all share the same team!:
SEEDLINGS (3-6/7yo)
WILDLING (7/8-13yo)

SAPLINGS (14-17yo) Teen Meetups
& Coach/Ref Training

Our league sports are first and foremost for learning the basics of the game, though we also partake in healthy and light competition. Depending on your meetup group and comfort level, groups can split off to fulfill different needs after working on basic skill development as a group.
