Welcome to Wild Coyote Pack: an all family program for homeschoolers & unschoolers. NOW with a teen drop-off session! Come learn from the Coyote Tracks team as they share their wealth of knowledge in earth skills! Programming is geared toward kiddos 8+, but intended for the whole family, so bring littles along. 
 

All of these Coyote Pack programs have been developed and designed completely with and for the Wild Rec community and provides a 4 week full-circle Earth Skills experience. This Fall & Winter: Gathering in September, Bows & Arrows in October, Shelter Building in November & Fire Making in December. Stay tuned to sign up for these!

Shelter Building

Shelter is the single most important element of Earth Skills. Without adequate shelter, humans quickly succumb to the power of the natural world. However, through timeless lessons and techniques, families will leave this series with the tools to walk into nature with nothing and create a warm, dry, and safe shelter. You will have the wisdom and confidence to turn what could be a true emergency into a peaceful and nourishing retreat for yourself and your loved ones!

The duration of this program is 2 hours.* We cannot grant refunds due to sickness, lateness or lack of wanting to participate. We will however assess credits toward other Wild Rec events on a case-by-case basis.

This is an all weather program, except in the case of lightning.
